Goodbye 2015

goodbye

This year I have seen more loss than ever before. I have been the sickest I have ever been and have had the lowest days imaginable but somehow I’ve found the strength to continue on.

I’ve made some awesome online friends through facebook, and of all place, Game of War! I have an awesome support group and even though I was denied disability, I’m going to fight it.

I have three books to get out for 2016 if not more and my kids are doing awesome.

So goodbye 2015, you’ve been a hard lesson and I truly don’t want to repeat any of it. Please let 2016 be a bit kinder!

  1. You, my friend Lisa, are stronger than you realize. I suspect many of us are. We never really think about or realize it until we have no choice but to be strong. Your inner strength has brought you this far, and will continue to do so. Trust yourself, you’ve got this, even when you don’t think you do. Keep at it, and when necessary, give yourself permission to take a break, relax a bit, enjoy your family, and yes, take a much needed nap. I’ll be watching for those books! 😆
