Detroit Bound

Today I am Detroit bound again. And I feel like absolute hell.I think I have an upper respiratory infection on top of the fibro. I am NOT going to be the ideal travel companion and will have books galore and my kindle at the ready to deflect ‘chatty’ travelers.

I need to make sure I am stocked on cold meds and warm clothes as (of course) a snow storm is coming in when I arrive.I haven’t driven in snow since AI was 18/19 living in Cleveland. And even then my ex didn’t let me drive all that often. Please send prayers for my and other drivers safety.

As I will be in training this week, I’m probably going to be on the quiet side. Plus I will be in ‘chicken with head cut off mode’ as I fly back in Friday and then I have the Tucson Festival of Books to attend Saturday and Sunday. Don’t worry I’ve already put in my PTO request for the following Monday.

Hope everyone has a terrific week!
